The Stylist Recruiter will maintain talent outreach and marketing, hiring, and onboarding of hair salon staff.

• Develop relationships and network with key industry partners online and in person
• Represent salons at job fairs and hair shows

Hiring

• Review job applications and complete applicant screening
• Coordinate interviews

Onboarding

• Guide new hires through onboarding process
