You'll own the numbers — customer count, retention, scheduling, payroll — while coaching a strong team and staying sharp behind the chair. Healthcare, PTO, holiday pay, and the autonomy to make your salon yours. If you're a licensed stylist with leadership experience, high standards, and the drive to build something you're proud of, this is the role. Full-time with weekend availability required.
